Review: The Merrywell
by Decisive CravingsMerry you will be at The Merrywell, an American style restaurant with two sides. If you’re feeling like a quick, low key lunch, snack or dinner, The Merrywell’s downstairs Burger Bar is the best option for you. Tuck into something hearty and doughy with their delicious juicy burgers or a sandwich and fries washed down with a cold beer.
If you’re feeling like a little bit more atmosphere, drinks and a great start to what could be a long night, head up the stairs to the main restaurant. Here you will be greeted by eager waitstaff, great tunes (that make you want to dance while eating dinner) and a greater range of food, all set in a stylish but unpretentious fit out. Think BBQ ribs, rotisserie duck or chicken, lobster rolls and the grill of the day. If you prefer more traditional pub food, they can cater to your pub palate with curries, fish and chips and chicken parma (note that it contains spaghetti)!
Overall The Merrywell proves to be a joyful setting, whether you’re up or down it will be a jovial experience.
