The Royal Mail Hotel truly is a unique culinary destination. It pairs elegance with understated simplicity perfectly, allowing the purity and philosophy of the food to speak for itself.

The service is outstanding, the staff are wonderfully intuitive and knowledgable, and the food is worth the hike. We loved the duck with calamari and the lamb rillettes with Bass Phillip’s 2010 Crown Prince Pinot Noir.

The hazelnut mousse is the perfect way to end your meal – it’s like the insides of a Kinder Bueno scooped out and laced with honeycomb and chocolate ribbons. Do make the pilgrimage to this multi-award winning establishment at some point. You can dine at the Bistro, the Public Bar and the Restaurant.
