Good Morning Porridge

Serves 1-2.

½ cup of oats

1-1/2 cups of milk

1 heaped tablespoon of brown sugar

12 shakes of grounded cinnamon

½ tablespoon of Celtic salt

 

 

Place a small to medium sized saucepan on medium heat and add all of the ingredients together.

Stir and top up with milk if needed. Continue stirring.

Wait until 5 cent holes start to bubble and pop up in the mixture. Take off heat and serve your Good Morning Porridge!

Notes: Fresh fruit and yoghurt for the topping. For extra flavour , add some coconut oil and toast all the ingredients in the saucepan first, then add the milk.
