Meatless Meals
Whether you’re vegetarian, vegan or not – there are meatless meals here for everyone. Starters, salads, mains and sides have all been catered for. This little collection of recipes will help you see how easy it is to include more veggie based meals in your diet, as well as cater for the non-meat eaters in your life.
All our meatless meal recipes are packed full of flavour, so in most cases you won’t even notice the meat wasn’t there in the first place!

STARTERS
Here are some of our favourite meatless meals starters. The Baked Mushrooms are almost a meal unto themselves served with a side of rice and a salad, while the Baked Cauliflower can star as a main as well as a side dish.

SOUPS
Soups are such a comforting dish, super economical for thrifty kitchens and they can last for several meals. The garlic and ginger soup is our favourite!

MAINS/SALADS
Some of these meatless recipes work particularly well together in a rice or nourish bowl of sorts. Start with a base of potato or sweet potato mash, couscous, quinoa or rice and then add a bit of noodle salad, som tam and our eggplant and tomato braise. Adding pickled veggies like kim chi, as well as some freshly cut tomatoes, grated carrot, cucumber slices and a dip also help to make sure you are nice and full at the end of your meal, as well as add variety to the flavour palate.
