Review: InterContinental High Coffee
by Decisive CravingsIt’s a girl’s perfect afternoon when she can sit back and relax in a comfy leather chair, Espresso Martini in hand and a three tiered sweet and savoury collection in front of her to keep her going. And yes, girlfriends this is exactly the type of afternoon you can expect at the InterContinental’s High Coffee, not tea!
From 2-5pm daily you can indulge in this popular past time with a caffeinated twist at the InterContinental High Coffee in The Rialto’s Market Lane Bar. For three hours relax and unwind all you like with afternoon sandwiches (roasted chicken and avocado with bush tomato relish roll), warm afternoon savouries (mini beef and burgundy pies), Scones and Sweets (mini pavlovas), and did we say an Espresso Martini on arrival?
This is such a treat and one that should be shared with your girlfriends (and Mums you know who need some time out). And if you’re making a night of it, you can stay the night at the InterContinental.
