Sake for Taste Air how to make sushi
We can’t believe that Taste of Melbourne is nearly upon us again. Time flies when you’re having fun! It did quite literally for us the other week when we were lucky enough to receive a ticket to travel on flight Taste Air. Our host, the suave and charming Captain Adam, safely guided us across three destinations to experience some of the signature dishes on offer at this year’s Taste of Melbourne Festival. Our adventure started with a sushi making masterclass at Sake Restaurant, then on to Nieuw Amsterdam and last but not least, Gazi. Here are some of the dishes we had the pleasure of savouring. Hopefully they’ll help you make a decision about what to order this week!
