Yesterday evening, we were lucky enough to attend a dinner party hosted by the next generation of the Brown Brothers family, the Brown Sisters (rest assured the family owned business isn’t changing their name any time soon). The lovely trio: Katherine, Caroline and Emma invited us to take a chair and share a story (the evening’s theme), as they shared with us their own stories, family history and inspiration behind the latest Brown Brothers vintage over dinner and some very generous samplings of the wines.
Enjoy a little visual feast of our experience from the invitation, to the gorgeous place settings, the Milawa theming and the rustic feast we consumed throughout the night.

(The beautiful table settings – notice the chopping board under each plate, ours to take home!)
(The carefully created menu by the Brown Brothers Epicurean Centre’s Chef Douglas Elder)
(Charcuterie – assorted small goods from North East producers – Salami, Prosciutto, Sulze)
(One of our favourite dishes of the night, the Myrtleford buttermilk ricotta crepes with smoked cauliflower puree)
(More dairy perfection to end the evening – a selection of Milawa cheeses, the blue cheese & goat camembert were stand outs!)
