Cacao and Coconut Balls

Ingredients

1 cup pitted dates

1 cup slivered almonds

1/3 cup raw organic cacao powder

1/3 cup coconut oil

1 teaspoon of organic honey

½ cup shredded coconut

 

Method

Soak dates in warm water for 15 minutes.

Whilst dates are soaking add almonds, cacao, shredded coconut, honey and coconut oil into the processor and mix together.

Add dates and process.

If mixture is too dry, add more melted coconut oil.

Let mixture sit for 10 minutes.

Roll mixture into bite size balls.

Roll balls onto the shredded coconut.

Make a massive batch and store in the freezer or fridge. Enjoy!
