Prosciutto wrapped Cantaloupe
Serves 2 – 3
Cantaloupe wrapped in prosciutto is almost always a permanent fixture at our summer family feasts. It perfectly connects the freshness and sweetness of fruit and balances it with the saltiness of this heavenly cured meat.
½ a Cantaloupe
6 – 8 slices of Prosciutto
Simply rid the Cantaloupe of its seeds then slice the fruit long-ways into semi crescents. Ensure that you also slice away the cantaloupe skin.
Wrap each semi crescent with a slice of Prosciutto, and serve with a glass of Prosecco!
