It’s back! Melbourne’s favourite sausage fest returns for its fourth pork party. Not only does the Melbourne Salami Festa celebrate the art and tradition of salami making, it invites makers to have their homemade salami judged by a panel of aficionados and experts. This year’s judging panel includes: Festa patron Guy Grossi, chefs Dom Marzano and Rosa Mitchell, Massimo Scalas (Salumi Australia) and guest nonna Rocchina Catoggio.
This year’s festa is even bigger and better with a full weekend of salami style events and festivities. Here are all the juicy details you need to know.
