Last week we were lucky to be invited to a special soiree – Joe’s Bar in St Kilda’s Taste of the South food festival preview.
We drank some fresh and fruity bourbon loaded cocktails, and feasted on Scallop Ceviche, Fried chicken, Ribs, Jambalaya and more. See some of the highlights from our night below.
Event Details: Joe’s Taste of the South starts12pm this Saturday March 29th and this Sunday March 30th . There’ll be amazing food inspired from the American Deep South like brisket, chill con carne, ribs, fried chicken, Gumbo and more, plus New Orleans cocktails, U.S beers and bourbon, and even a chili eating competition!
