Burch and Purchese is a sweet shop reminiscent of the Willy Wonka Factory but smaller and no Oompa Loompa’s.
Picture sweet treats of intensive imaginary proportions, like choc pops filled with caramel, Popcorn Honeycomb Rubble, jars of salted caramel, afternoon tea treats and cakes like smoked white chocolate, coffee, cardamom and lemon. Let’s just say it would not go down so well with Sarah Wilson.

Must try: Their Popcorn Honeycomb Rubble, and salted caramel which is a great addition for filling homemade cakes.
Notes: Burch and Purchese make amazing cakes for all celebrations including weddings, and they can custom make as well. Some of their cakes are even nut and gluten free! If you are a home chef, they have some fabulous edible accessories to add to your creations like orange malted quinoa crumble or caramelised cocoa nibs – all available at their online store.
