Vegan Choc mousse two cups and a spatula FINAL
Raw Vegan Chocolate Mousse

Makes 3-4 servings

1 large avocado

1-3 bananas

1-2 tablespoons of cocoa

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

2-3 finely chopped dates

A dash of coconut oil (optional)

Rice milk (optional)

Blend all the ingredients together, and taste once thick and creamy.

Depending on the size of the avocado you may need to add an extra banana or a little more cocoa to refine the taste of the mousse – this is obviously subjective. I personally like to taste more banana than avocado.

Once you achieve the desired taste and thickness use a spatula to pour the mousse into little serving cups then place them in the fridge. Overnight is best to really let the mousse set. These are so tasty that I sometimes have them for breakfast!

Tips: If entertaining you can layer with coconut cream, chia seeds and cocoa nibs. For extra taste, experiment with tahini and nut butter in your mousse – it will add to the texture as well!
